1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the CK444 Long platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and CK444 Long. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all services offered by CK444 Long, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and any promotional offers. Using the CK444 Long mobile app is also subject to these same terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use CK444 Long, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a CK444 Long employee.

CK444 Long reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3Account Rules

Each individual is permitted to hold only one CK444 Long account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. CK444 Long uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your account with any other person.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including friends or family members.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact CK444 Long support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your registered email address and phone number current and accessible.

CK444 Long reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these rules, with or without prior notice. In cases of confirmed fraud or abuse, account balances may be forfeited.

4Deposits & Payments

CK444 Long accepts deposits in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) via bKash and Nagad. All deposits are credited to your CK444 Long account balance in real time once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. CK444 Long does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on CK444 Long are processed to the same bKash or Nagad wallet used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds. Withdrawals to a different wallet or payment method will not be processed.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳100,000
• Standard processing time: 5 to 15 minutes
• Withdrawals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal is processed

CK444 Long does not impose withdrawal fees on standard transactions. In cases where a bonus has been applied to an account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal can be requested. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

6Bonuses & Promotions

CK444 Long offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms listed on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

General bonus rules that apply across all CK444 Long promotions:

• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time window. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus being removed from the account.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

7Fair Play & Prohibited Acts

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with any CK444 Long game or system.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations.
• Any form of money laundering or using the platform to process funds from illegal activities.

CK444 Long monitors all account activity using automated fraud detection systems. Any account flagged for suspicious activity will be reviewed by the compliance team. During a review, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. CK444 Long's decision in all fair play matters is final.

10Limitation of Liability

CK444 Long provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. CK444 Long shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these terms.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.
• Errors in game display caused by the player's device, browser, or internet connection.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, CK444 Long reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state. This applies regardless of whether the error resulted in a win or a loss for the player.
